Please fill out ALL the fields on the form so that the Convention Co-Ordinators can make sure that they have all the information about your suggestion.

Please ensure you use a valid email address as you will be sent a copy of the email.

The cut off date for suggestions is January 5th, 2009.

While we appreciate and encourage panel suggestions, due to time and space constraints we unfortunately may not be able to use all ideas that we receive this year. Suggesting a panel does not guarantee that you will be selected as a panelist or a moderator.
