As an Associate Producer with Phantom Compass, Thomas wears many hats. On the business side, he contributes to the marketing strategies and internal development processes for the company. As a game designer, artist and former programmer, he helps focus team energies on efficient, iterative design methods to find the fun in each project. Thomas began his game career programming Flash games for web and has since moved to cross-platform game design and production using Unity3D. Thomas enjoys helping those trying to get into the games industry and is currently a member of the Centennial College Game Art and Design program advisory committee. Phantom Compass’s most recent game is Rollers of the Realm available for PC, PS4 and Vita.
